Evans, Facter[.] in Dairy Division, Dept. of Agrl. who studes microscopic organisms and their relation to health, flavor and keeping qualities of dairy products" (This title is a bit dated, perhaps, given one of her major achievements was that she proved brucellosis was not a bacterium that caused disease in cattle but had no effect on humans, but was a really bad thing to be drinking in your milk.)
