Abkhazians are in Samsun sea port after Circassian - Russian War in 1864.According to that Circassian Website: http://www.circassianworld.com/new/history/war-and-exile/1465-reflections-on-the-caucasus.html they are not refugees in 1864, they are delegates from the 1866/67 abkhazian uprising. This version is in order to the inscription „Абхазск.депутаты. К 88“ (abchazsk.deputaty. K. 88), deputaty are delegates in Russian.
