A complete capsid of the satellite tobacco mosaic virus, centered on one of the five-fold symmetry axes. One monomer of the highlighted pentamer is colored as in File:4oq9 chainA jellyroll.png (bottom). The other four monomers are colored (clockwise from bottom left) yellow, pink, light blue, light green. The remaining protein chains are colored purple. In the interior of the capsid is RNA, colored brown, corresponding to a portion of the virus' genome.
