Funerary stele for Eypheros, portraied as an ephebe athlete, holding a strigil. Around 420 BC. Traces of paint are preserved: blue for the background, yellow for the hair, red band beneath the figure's feet. From a grave enclosure near the Sacred Way. Exhibited at the Kerameikos Archaeological Museum (Athens). Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, November 12 2009.
