beskrivelse:
Illuminated path in Mønsted limestone mines (da:Mønsted Kalkgruber), the largest limestone mine in the world. The mine has more than 60 km of paths of which 2 km is illuminated. Some of them the size of cathedrals, some of them not passageable by a grown man. The mine has been excavated mainly by hand over a period of 900 years. In the depicted path section, it is clearly seen how thin layers of flint alternate with much thicker layers of limestone. The resulting photo has been created using PTgui from three bracketed exposures taken with a Canon EOS 600D at ISO 200, f/10, and exposure times of 6, 15, and 30 seconds. A ghost of a person wearing a small lamp is seen along a path.
