Koltur is one of the smallest islands of the Faroe Islands. The population is 1 as of 2014. Koltur has ancient stone houses with turf roofs. The neighbourhood Heima í Garði has been renovated in recent years. This photo was taken on 7 June 2014 when the public ferry and bus company of the Faroe Islands Strandfaraskip Landsins made an excursion to the island for its staff with families. Bjørn Patursson was guide.
