The village of Kirkjubøur on the island of Streymoy (Faroe Islands). The large farm on the left is Kirkjubøargarður (also called Roykstovan), the worlds' oldest still inhabited wooden house, also a museum, from the 11th century. At the center is the -covered- Magnus Cathedral. On the right is 12th century Saint Olav's church.
